I need more points on why the Malaysian English Language syllabus is insufficient and not at all holistic for Malaysian students. The results are ; students unable to speak proper English, or use English in the modern world today. Students are not taught to think creatively and critically resulting in many college and university students (esp. those in government colleges and universities) unable to speak in public nor use the language in presentations and in application. Most graduates find it hard to obtain jobs especially in foreign-based companies simply because they cannot think critically and respond well in English. They spluttered with what all the "glory" of the Malaysian slangs.
What is wrong with the Malaysian English Language syllabus?? Yes. People. I need your input. Tell me what are your opinions. Tell me what's wrong. I need points. Your help is deeply appreciated.
